Teeth Whitening

Interested in Teeth Whitening?

Your smile is one of the first things someone notices about you. If you’re not confident with your smile, it can affect your confidence as you meet and interact with people.

It is natural for teeth to yellow and discolour over time. It’s highly likely that your teeth have become stained through various foods, drinks, smoking etc.

Consider Professional Teeth Whitening

If you’re considering over-the-counter teeth whitening options, we encourage you to speak to us about professional teeth whitening options that can be done at home or at the surgery. Professional grade teeth whitening provided by dentists have been shown to have a greater effect in a shorter period of time. With our take-home or in-office teeth whitening options, you can see your smile transform up to six shades brighter. Just ask your dentist at your next appointment and we would be happy to discuss the options that are right for you.

COVID-19 Update

Worthing Road Dental Practice is open. However, we may prioritise the vulnerable or those with the most urgent need. Get in touch with the practice if you need any advice.

There are no restrictions with regards to medical treatment and you are actively encouraged to keep your appointments. At WRDP we have all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and will continue to follow our high standards in cross infection control.

If you are worried about your attendance, please contact us to discuss your concerns and we can always postpone your treatment till a later date.

We continue to recommend that patients in the high-risk category delay non-essential treatment until further guidance has been given by the relevant authorities.

Before you arrive:

According to NHS England Standard Operating Procedures, all patients now have to complete a COVID-19 Health Screening form before arriving for every appointment. We will also ask you to update your medical history, personal details, complete an oral health survey, etc. Therefore, we will email or text you a link, where you can complete all the forms. No need to print or sent anything back to us, it is all electronically uploaded.

You must wear a mask at all times while inside the dental practice and only remove your mask at the request of the dental professional.

We will continue to check your temperature and if this is above 37.8C, you will be advised to rebook your treatment and to follow government guidelines. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for an appointment due to social distancing guidelines.

As you enter the building you will need to use the alcohol disinfectant rub to disinfectant your hands.

The treatment rooms will be prepared prior to your appointment with all surfaces disinfected after each patient. We have sourced PPE and unlike the start of the Pandemic (March 2020 in the UK), there is no shortage.

Stay safe and please contact us if you have any questions.

Kind regards
